SUT Academy of Medical Sciences celebrated an important milestone in the lives of its aspiring doctors with the White Coat Ceremony, marking the beginning of their journey into the medical profession. The occasion brought together students, faculty members and institution representatives to recognise this significant step in their academic and professional lives.

The donning of the white coat symbolised more than the beginning of clinical learning. It represented the trust, responsibility and ethical commitment that come with the medical profession. As the students received their white coats, they were reminded of the values that must guide them throughout their careers, including compassion, integrity, discipline and respect for every patient.

The ceremony served as an introduction to the responsibilities of a medical professional and encouraged students to approach their education with dedication, humility and a commitment to service. It marked the beginning of a journey in which academic knowledge and practical skills would go hand in hand with empathy and a strong sense of duty.

For the students of SUT Academy of Medical Sciences, the occasion was a proud and memorable beginning to their journey towards becoming responsible and compassionate doctors.
