As part of National Eye Donation Fortnight 2026, the Department of Ophthalmology organised a series of programmes aimed at creating awareness about Eye donation & Corneal transplantation among the medical students and public
  
As part of these initiatives, Reel and E-Poster Competitions were conducted, providing students with an engaging platform to creatively spread the message of eye donation. An Ophthalmology Quiz was also conducted on Monday, 7th September, at the ACS Auditorium, witnessing enthusiastic participation from the students.
  
We wholeheartedly thank all the participants for their active involvement, enthusiasm and continuous support which contributed immensely to the success of these programmes.We extend our sincere gratitude to our Principal, Dr. Bhaskar, and our Dean,Dr. Jayalakshmi, for their constant encouragement, guidance, and unwavering support in making these initiatives a success.
