Dentistry is a branch which is specialized and devoted to maintain the health of teeth, gums and associated structures and to correct the facial deformities produced either congenital or due to a maxillofacial trauma.

TIMINGS: All days – 9 am to 4 pm
Service of maxillofacial is available 24 hours on call.

Services/Facilities:
a) General Dentistry - Extractions, Sealing and replacement of teeth both removable and fixed including implant prosthesis

b) Oral maxillofacial surgery - Maxillofacial trauma (road accidents, sports injuries, assaults) Maxillofacial pathologies ( orofacial cyst, cancers & tumors) orthognathic surgeries, cosmetic corrective surgeries, management of TMJ disorder etc are carried out in this section.

c) Orthodontics - Correction of malocclusions, proclined teeth, spacing, crowding etc. are corrected by fixed and removable techniques

d) Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics - Dental Fillings, Root Canal treatment and single sitting treatments.

Other facilities like cleaning of teeth, gum surgeries, bleaching, crown lengthening, fixed and removable prosthesis, periodontal therapy, composite veneering, intra oral biopsies and FNAC are undertaken in the department which is under well experienced specialist doctors and technicians.
