Museum

The Community Medicine Museum serves as a valuable educational resource for medical students and health professionals. Designed to be spacious and learner- friendly, it provides an interactive environment that enhances understanding of key public health concepts. The museum houses a wide range of teaching and demonstration materials, including:- Life-like Models depicting important aspects of health promotion, disease prevention, and epidemiology. These include models of sanitary well, septic tank , various sand filters, cycles of communicable diseases and nutrition-related displays. Charts and Posters presenting vital information through visual aids on topics such as immunization schedules, treatment algorithm of various communicable and non-communicable diseases and slides of various vectors of public health importance.

By combining visual, practical, and interactive learning tools, the museum plays a crucial role in strengthening students’ knowledge of community health, epidemiology, and preventive medicine.
